Scope

The service provides consent banner configuration, hosted policy pages, consent evidence logs, scanner reports, exports and customer handoff tooling. Connectors such as the WordPress plugin integrate customer websites with the hosted service.

Customer responsibilities

• Keep site profile, domain, services and policy content accurate.
• Install snippets, plugins and consent markers correctly on customer websites.
• Review generated policies, reports and implementation before publishing.
• Maintain lawful bases and required disclosures for analytics, marketing, embeds and third-party services.

WordPress plugin users

The WordPress plugin is a connector to the Lean Cookie Consent SaaS. A Lean Cookie Consent account and a valid Site Key are required. The plugin does not provide legal advice and does not replace the website owner's compliance review.

Service operation

The platform may update operational behavior for maintenance, security, reliability or compliance reasons. The service may limit or suspend access for misuse, unpaid accounts or security risks.

No legal advice

Lean Cookie Consent helps manage cookie consent workflows and evidence. Customers remain responsible for validating legal text, disclosures and implementation against their actual processing activities and applicable laws.
